CAROL
Finance Coordinator
Carol recently moved to Greensboro after living in Charleston, South Carolina since 1987. Her love of dentistry started in 1996, when she trained to become a dental assistant through the United States Air Force. After many years of assisting, Carol later cross-trained to the front end, where she provides excellent customer service skills and patient care. Her favorite part of our practice is working alongside our great team and with our amazing patients. When she is not in the office, Carol loves spending time with her awesome husband while either hiking, watching movies, or napping.
COURTNEY
Patient Care Coordinator
A native of North Carolina, Courtney has a drive and passion for helping others that led her to a career in the customer service world. Her extensive knowledge, her empathy, and her sweet smile and genuine care for the patient’s needs and concerns have proven to allow patients to have peace of mind when coming into the practice. When she isn’t in the office, Courtney is taking in the joys of being a first-time mom and spending time with her husband Adrian and loving pet, Dax.
KATIE
Dental Assistant
Katie’s passion for helping people led her to her dental assisting career. Upon graduating in the top of her class at EduDent School of Dental Assisting, Katie had the opportunity to join the team here at Pleasant Dental. She has been able to continue her education and develop her skills to become a true craftsman of her trade. She enjoys working each day with her dental family, brightening the spirits of those she meets one healthy smile at a time.
FELIPA
Dental Assistant
Felipa is a mother of two and a dental assistant here at Pleasant Dental. She had a passion for dentistry most of her life. Now here she is, living the dream! She is also certified in CPR, radiology, and infection control. She loves learning new things, gardening, and traveling the world in her kitchen. Sundays are for family!
CHIMERE
Registered Dental Hygienist
Chimere is a graduate from the illustrious Fayetteville State University (with a BS in biology), University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (BS in dental hygiene & MS in dental hygiene education), and Barry University (MS in biomedical sciences). She has always had a passion for oral health care and education and has been in the field for over a decade. When not working, Chimere loves to spend time with her son Connor Z, her family, and her friends. She also enjoys growing her business, traveling, volunteering, mentoring, and trying new restaurants.
